At CASA DIO SHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
